Living organism has life. Health is a unit of life. A healthy person
is in a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. We can define
health means uniform relationship among body, mind and soul. The purpose of
health is enjoy each moment of our lives. We participate in daily life
activities and perform in organized manner. It is possible when we have good
health. Brain plays major role in stable body posture and handles daily basis
activities.
Similarly, healthy body keeps healthy mind and healthy soul. It is
due to healthy body and mind requires medically fit and free from any chronic
disease. A person without stress help to take good decisions which shows
healthy mind. A healthy mind possesses positive thoughts. Positive thoughts reflect
a healthy mind and body. It can be possible when a person used to take sound
sleep at least eight hours daily. When a person takes sound sleep at night and
a nap in day time after lunch. It has good affects on body and mind. When a
person becomes sick. He involves in perplexes and has distracted thoughts. In
such a situation; he is never in healthy state of mind. A healthy mind leads the
whole body. A healthy mind but physically sick person doesn’t perform well. His
intentions indulge in sick body. A disable person is like a parasite who
depends on others. A sick body and a sick mind don’t possess a healthy soul.
In addition to health care and fitness. It is necessary to make
parameters for healthy lifestyle. We can observe specific signs in a healthy
person. An emotionally balanced person assists in doing his job. To maintain a good health; a
person needs to do exercises daily. He should go for a walk at least 30 minutes
daily. He should take deep breath in open air early in the morning. He should
follow balanced diet chart. He should not eat junk food, fizzy drinks and fried
items. He should take bath daily. He should drink plenty of water in routine.
He should sleep soundly. When a person
completes such tasks mentioned as above. He doesn’t get sick constantly.
His bowel movements are regular and his urine is clear. He feels spiritually healthy and realistic. He
is happy all times.
In perspective of religion; health has importance to maintain a good
health. Everyone worships in accordance to become physically healthy as well as
spiritually strong. It is due to human body is mixture of matter and soul. The
human's body is a metaphysical object. The
human’s soul is invisible which also needs feed to keep healthy spirits.
Someone goes to the temple for worship. Someone practices yoga to feel strong spiritually
healthy. So, everyone worships accordance his beliefs. All of them believe that
worship assists them to keep good health in body, mind and soul.
Similarly being a Muslim ;Islam is our religion. Islam teaches us
right path to pass a successful life both in world and eternal world. It
provides a framework in which all features design for the welfare of humanity.
It tells about life and spiritual life.
It is best and only one religion which tells how we spend a healthy lifestyle.
It gives us a complete package to keep good health. It provokes us to use of
excess of anything which is harmful for humans. It provides us a platform full
of wisdom and much more. The holy book
Quran Majid in which told us complete way of living. It teaches us about patience
which is necessary to keep healthy mind and emotionally strong in routine.
Islam is full guideline in accordance with maintenance physical health, mental
health and spiritual health. It composes a full life in which we follow rules
and regulations to spend our lives peaceful. Here we talk about good health. Islam
tells us to get up early in the morning. Then we take bath and perform wazoo (a
specific method to wash hand and face; clean nose and ear; wash feet and elbows).
Then we say our first prayer before
sunrise. Islam is preaching us that health is wealth. A Muslim after saying his/her
first prayer recites the holy Quran. Recitation of the holy Quran soothes our
soul. It removes black spots on the heart. It provides eternal happiness and
calm which is important component of spiritual health. Like our physical body
soul is also become sick when we forget right path. A healthy spirit in humans must
have goodness and deeds. Islam is preaching humanity which prolongs brotherhood,
rights for relatives, rights for neighbourhood.
All mentioned rights help to keep emotionally health care which maintains a
healthy mind and body. Islam teaches us about digestive system. It teaches us
to take small meals three times a day and work hard to digest food. It teaches
us how to eat for live. Not to live for eat. He teaches us to take simple food
in small bites and chew it well in the
mouth with the help of teeth. It teaches us that don’t drink water in one sip. It
teaches us to have fast in Ramadan Mubarak. It is due to feel hunger both
physically and spiritually. It motivates us to help poor people.
We conclude that health is wealth. A physical healthy person
celebrates memorable moments in his/her life. A healthy mind able to overcomes
hurdles in daily life issues. Similarly, A person who is spiritually healthy
opens the doors of inventions. Therefore, a sick person unable to celebrate his
memories. A mentally sick person has lack of understanding and wisdom to handle
religious or physical tasks properly. An emotionally healthy person possesses
positive thoughts. Positive thoughts emerge from a healthy mind which promotes
healthy lifestyle. We can say health depends on your good habits, exercises,
beliefs and adopt a balanced diet.
