The Suez Canal is the world's most important waterway

 The Suez Canal

The Suez Canal was closed a few days ago due to a large commercial vessel being stranded on the shoreline, which was reopened in five days after much struggle.  This minor closure forced hundreds of ships to change course and many ships were not in a position to return or move forward.  The canal has historically been of immense importance due to which the world powers have always struggled to control the area.  The Suez Canal reduces the sea route to the Indian Ocean by about eight days.  In addition, whether China has access to Europe or the sea route from Europe to most Asian countries, including India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, it passes through the Suez Canal, so this route is of great strategic importance.  On which many political, diplomatic and military wars have been fought.
Ships enter the Red Sea from the Arabian Sea via the Gulf of Aden, Yemen, Somalia, and Ethiopia.  On the other hand, Libya and Tunisia are located in Africa.  The only part of Egypt considered in Asia is the Sinal Peninsule, while the whole of Egypt is part of Africa.
In ancient Egypt, traces of the Red Sea were found.  It was discovered by Napoleon's forces in 1799, but it was not discovered.  Because when the Ottoman Empire strengthened its position by conquering the territories of Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Palestine and Jordan, a plan was made to build these waterways to make it easier to control the great empire of the Ottoman Empire.  The Navy could easily fulfill its responsibilities.  But the plan stalled.  Napoleon invaded Egypt and Syria in this area and the control was strengthened here. He also started exploring the waterways of ancient Egypt on which the Ottoman Empire had planned but could not work.  The biggest obstacle to this program was the Red Sea, which was about 28 feet higher than the Mediterranean.  The French asked Saad Pasha of the Ottoman Empire for permission to build a canal in the area for the benefit of the whole world.
The French companies, in turn, put forward a 99-year agreement on canal revenue and control.  The construction was of global importance, so a global commission of thirteen experts from seven major countries was set up, following whose recommendations The Suez Canal Company was formed in 1858, which included all the powers of the time.  But Britain was opposed to the construction of the canal because it handled all matters from a South African port. If it became a canal, Britain would lose a lot of revenue and that is what happened after the canal was built.  However, the sale of shares for the Suez Canal Company project began, which initially failed miserably.  Its sales in Russia, the United Kingdom and Australia have slowed, but shares of the Suez Canal in France will go hand in hand.
In April 1859 work began on the Suez Canal.  About 1.5 million people from all over the world came to work here, out of which about 5,000 workers died due to severe conditions, infectious diseases and other incidents.  The canal was opened to ships in 1869.  The inauguration ceremony was attended by the French Queen, the Ottoman Governor of Egypt and Sudan Ismail Pasha, the Crown Prince of Iran, the German King and many other world dignitaries.  The British Navy visited the area and highlighted Masa Hill here.  Many development and improvement projects will be started in Egypt, especially for the pyramids of Egypt.  To earn money from the Suez Canal, the weight and fees of ships were fixed here, which is still in use today.
African countries suffered the most from the construction of the Suez Canal because access to Africa would be easier for the United States and Europe.  From 1881 to 1914, Africa was colonized.  The British took full advantage of the financial crisis in the Ottoman Empire, and in 1875 Ismail Pasha sold 44% of the canal.  It was valued at 4 million pounds in 1875, which is about 550 million dollars today.  This increased Britain's influence in the region.  Although French shares were still high in the Suez Canal, rumors circulated that the UK had gone bankrupt in the Cape of Good Hope as its facilities and warehousing would deteriorate as the world used the Suez Canal.  And the South African route is not being used.  Britain took part in the Suez Canal.  He also strengthened his power here because the Suez Canal situation would have deteriorated due to the Ottoman Empire's infighting.  Peace and tranquility around the Suez Canal will double the area's splendor and air traffic.  As the Suez Canal grew in importance, Britain seized control of the region by force of arms.
In 1888, Britain, Russia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the Ottoman Empire signed the Treaty of Constantinople to secure the route.  The British took part in the uprisings in Sudan and Egypt at the request of the Ottoman Empire and thus the British will become stronger in the region.  The Ottoman Empire lost control of the area and the British occupied the most important route.  In World War I, the canal was under full British control, and in World War II, Germany tried its best to occupy the Suez Canal.  Egypt was granted the status of an independent country by the British in 1922. But the control and strategic affairs of the country were in accordance with the will and intention of the British.  Under World War II, the United Kingdom agreed to this in 1951 under the collapse of Germany and the new world order, and in 1956 Egypt became fully independent.
The UK and the United States are owned by a territory. But after the case of Egypt's route, Jamal Abdul Nasir, Koh government, who has been re-emerging from Russia and took the sore valent in National Rome for the property, which reached the property, which was invested in Egypt, in the reaction, Egypt invited the Egyptians in Sinal Peninsula. Seeing the worse, the Canadian Victorians gave the control of canal sores in the United Nations The resolution was passed and the United States began to sell many British currencies worldwide, which would sharply reduce the value of the pound sterling and force Britain to obey the United States.
